The Brandywine Valley Wine Trail is located in the heart
of one of America’s most historic regions. Here in the
rolling hills of Southern Chester County, we are an affiliation
of family operated vineyards and wineries, diverse in size
and focus, yet united by a common commitment to creating
unique wines that reflect the distinctive qualities of the
Brandywine Valley Wine District.
As the days grow warmer, the Brandywine Valley becomes bathed in an extraordinary depth of green that has inspired artists for centuries. Tractors crawl through the vineyards
and crews move down the rows, sculpting the growing vines.
In the barrel rooms and cellars, the fruits of last harvest
are changing with each day, into that mysterious thing
we call wine. Our small region is becoming noted
for
the unusual range of grape varieties and wine styles it
has to offer,
and we invite you now to explore
and discover the wines of the Brandywine...
The Delectable Dozen — by Roger Morris
